In case the product gets damaged during transit, you can opt for a refund.

Kindly complete the shipment return form that will be sent to you via email and make sure to include all original contents that were sent to you in the package. Please ensure that you pack and seal the package properly. Please send the package back to us at our warehouse address given below:

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount provided the product is in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to post to your account. Refunds will be made in the same account from which the payment has been made.
However, the product will not be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
1. If the tag of the jewelry piece is not intact and it has been returned without its original packing.
2. If the piece has been washed.
3. If the piece is not in its original condition and seems to have been tampered or altered with.
Please note that the 14 days refund warranty is not applicable for orders that are delivered outside India.

Your entire amount will be refunded if you cancel the order before it has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped, we will not entertain any cancellation requests.
