When will my order be shipped?* The processing time for the order is 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday). We put in our best efforts to make sure the products reach you as quickly as possible
*What are the delivery charges?* We do provide free delivery if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1,000/- In case your order is below Rs. 1,000/- then an amount of Rs. 100/- will be added to your order.
*What is the estimated delivery time?* If the product is in stock then your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of your order (for orders within India). In case there is a delay due to certain unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you about it. Once orders have been shipped, it will not be possible to make any changes from our end. We send all packages and parcels via reputed couriers. We make sure that the products that you have ordered are packed well so as to minimize the chances of damage.
*How do I track my shipment?* We, at Pink Ville notify our customers via a confirmation email within 24 hours of the dispatch of the products. This email will contain the tracking link and the parcel tracking number.
* Are there any hidden costs ( for example: SGST & CGST)?* There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. Our prices include applicable Central GST and State GST (CGST & SGST & IGST).
*Can I cancel my order?* If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel it and refund the amount.
*What modes of payments do you accept?* We accept payments made via Netbanking, Visa and Mastercard. Currently, we do not have the option of Cash on Delivery (COD). We are working towards making it possible to initiate COD option to facilitate easy shopping for our customers.
*What happens if my card is not working and I am unable to pay for my purchase through card?* If your card is not working then you can get in touch with us over the phone and place your order. In this case, the mode of payment would be through net transfer. Once you have transferred the amount we will arrange for dispatch of your products.
*How should I care for my jewelry?* We stand behind the quality of our products. Even though our pieces are of good quality they need to be handled with care and delicacy. You should avoid contact with hard and abrasive surfaces. It is also recommended that you clean your piece with a lint free cloth after each use as sometimes the chemicals found in common substances (like perfumes, sprays and lotions) may damage the pieces. Whether it is a necklace, ring, bracelet or earring, exposing jewelry to any type of cream, lotion, perfume or oil will accelerate rusting. Furthermore we suggest that you store your jewelry pieces in a soft pouch or a box with cotton placed inside the box.
Do not store jewelry in velvets as velvet can dull the shine of your statement piece. Please try and store jewelry in a cool and dark place not exposed to air. The key is to store it properly and to take care so that it remains in good condition.
