Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for refund, replace or for a credit of the original purchase amount (shipping and insurance fees are non refundable). Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Support within no later than 48 hours after receiving the order.

Our return process is simple, please follow the below instruction.

We will email you "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) to qualify your return. Any return without RAN is invalid and JewelryTrendy will not mail you back the returned item.

2. Ship Your Returned Item(s): Remember to include your "Return Authorization Number"(RAN) with your returned shipment, wrap and seal the package securely then ship to the address below. Remember, items returned without RAN are not valid return. JewelryTrendy will not respond to any of these returns.

For your protection, we recommend that you use United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation or registered mail.

Please note:

You must obtain the "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) before returning any item(s) and the returned item(s) must arrive to our Return Facility no later than 30 days from obtaining the "RAN ". Any returned item(s) without the "RAN" will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

If you are returning items for a refund, your request will be processed within 24-48 business hours once we receive the returned package. Shipping and handling cost will not eligible for refund.

Replacement Policy

If you are returning an item(s) for replacement with an identical product(s), you should receive your replacement item(s) within 1 to 3 weeks. This time will vary depending on your location.

Please note the amount to be refunded/credited/replaced will not include the original cost of shipping, handling and insurance. A 15% ‘Restocking' charge will be included at our discretion in case of an excessive amount of returned items.
